Daily: Russia Provoked Georgia Conflict, Europe Kept out too Long

Ljubljana, 9 August - It is clear that Russia wilfully provoked the US-friendly Georgia in more than one way, daily Delo writes on Saturday after escalating violence broke out in Georgia on Friday.
