Sistemska Tehnika Convinced APCs Tender was Rigged

Ravne na Koroškem, 20 August - The CEO of Sistemska tehnika, the Slovenian defence contractor which got outbid by Finnish Patria in a 2006 armoured personnel carriers deal with Slovenia, said on Wednesday that the latest developments concerning the EUR 278m deal were a confirmation that Sistemska tehnika's bid was not treated fairly.
