Brussels to Launch Proceedings over Motorway Stickers

Brussels, 1 October - The European Commission will shortly start proceedings against Slovenia for its failure to offer short-time motorway stickers aside the annual and half-year vignettes, a Commission spokesman indicated in Brussels on Wednesday.
