Mercator to Challenge Anti-Trust Law at Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 16 October - Slovenia's biggest retailer, Mercator, announced on Thursday its plan to challenge the prevention of the restriction of competition act at the Constitutional Court, pending a decision in anti-trust proceedings against the country's three leading retailers.
