Mercator Seeks Constitutional Review of Anti-Trust Law
Ljubljana, 28 October - Slovenia's leading retailer, Mercator, on Tuesday petitioned the Constitutional Court to review the restriction of competition act, arguing it enabled the Competition Protection Office (CPO) to "encroach on constitutionally guaranteed rights in a disproportionate fashion".
