Trade Union Calls on State to Buy Mercator Stake

Ljubljana, 6 November - The Retail Industry Trade Union called on the government to intervene in the anticipated sale of nearly half of Mercator, Slovenia's largest retailer. "The state should buy back the share in Mercator sold by state-run funds KAD and SOD," spokesperson Ladislav Kaluza said in Ljubljana on Thursday.
