Srot Insists on Selling Mercator
Ljubljana, 18 November - Bosko Srot, the CEO of Pivovarna Lasko, announced on Monday that the beverage group and financial firm Infond Holding would publish a call for bids for their 48% stake in retailer Mercator within two weeks. A confirmation of the plan to sell its 10% in Mercator also came from conglomerate Istrabenz.
