Brussels Says Vignettes Signal Enough to Unfreeze Funding

Brussels, 25 November - A source close to the European Commission told STA on Tuesday that a signal from Slovenia that it had plans to introduce short-term toll stickers would suffice for the Commission to resume with the confirming of funding for a motorway project in the country.
