Ljubljana, 4 December - Just a week after being formally appointed state secretary at the health ministry, Slavko Ziherl stepped down Thursday, saying he could not accept the fact that former Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel was appointed foreign policy adviser to the prime minister.
