Jurists Caution against Rash Legislative Changes

Ljubljana, 11 December - Most influential Slovenian jurists cautioned against rash legislative changes as they offered their opinions on the new penal code, possible constitutional changes or new legislative solutions in Ljubljana on Thursday.
