Publishers Delo and DZS Increase Stake in Catez to over 50%

Ljubljana, 31 December - Magazine publisher Delo prodaja and publisher DZS have acquired an additional 29.93% stake in the biggest Slovenian spa operator, Terme Catez, through a takeover bid that closed on 29 December. Prior to the takeover, the publishers owned 123,540 shares (24.9%), and now jointly own over 50% of the spa operator.
