Parliament Ratifies Croatia, Albania NATO Accession

Ljubljana, 9 February - The Slovenian parliament ratified on Monday the NATO accession protocols of Albania and Croatia. In its first attempt to ratify the agreements on 29 January, the National Assembly postponed the vote, because the biggest opposition party Slovenia Democrats (SDS) threatened to obstruct the vote in order to push forward a completely unrelated matter.
