Pahor: Access to High Waters Key to Compromise with Croatia

Ljubljana, 13 February - Prime Minister Borut Pahor told foreign reporters in Ljubljana on Friday that the circumstances which prompted Slovenia to withdraw its support in Croatia's EU accession talks in December need to change if Slovenia is to take a different position at the accession conference in March.
