Lasko Would Not Mind Selling Only 25% of Mercator
Laško, 11 March - Pivovarna Lasko announced on Wednesday that bidders for the 48.34% stake in Slovenia's biggest retailer Mercator can up their offers until 31 March. According to Lasko, the brewery and affiliated investment firm Infond Holding are no longer insisting on selling the entire 48.34%, but are also ready to settle for 25%.
