Govt Gives Up Right to Determine Attorney Fees
Ljubljana, 12 March - The government adopted on Thursday amendments to the attorneys act, which restore the right of the Bar Association to set attorney fees, however on condition that the proposed fees are also approved by the justice minister. The previous government allowed the fees to be determined by the state.
