Constitutional Court Not Staying Croatian NATO Ratification

Ljubljana, 25 March - The Constitutional Court has turned down a proposal by the non-parliamentary Party of the Slovenian Nation (SSN) to suspend the implementation of the law endorsing Croatia's Accession Protocol with NATO pending a decision on the party's petition against referendum act.
