Istrabenz Boss Willing to Resign to Secure New Debt Deal

Koper, 30 March - The boss of Istrabenz, Igor Bavcar, has announced he will tender his resignation in case the owners of the troubled conglomerate and its creditors manage to reach an agreement on a financial consolidation of the company on Monday, which is the deadline for the payment or a new deal on Istrabenz's debt.
