Banks Insist on Immediate Overhaul of Istrabenz Management
Ljubljana, 1 April - Representatives of all 19 creditors of Istrabenz met on Wednesday to discuss future steps related to the insolvency of the conglomerate. They proposed that the entire management of Istrabenz be replaced immediately, while calling on shareholders to secure capital adequacy and a capital increase.
