Istrabenz Officially Declares Insolvency

Koper, 3 April - The management of Istrabenz officially announced the conglomerate's insolvency on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday, after Istrabenz, its creditors and the conglomerate's three largest shareholders failed to reach a workout agreement at the end of March.
