Zares Calls for Tighter Rules on Exec Bonuses

Ljubljana, 7 May - The coalition Zares said on Thursday that the proposed amendments to the companies act, which seek to provide greater transparency on executive pay, should also give supervisors the power to demand that bonuses be returned as much as one year after they are paid out.
