Infond Holding to Get Capital Injection from Majority Owner

Maribor, 8 May - The shareholders of Infond Holding, the financial firm controlling beverage group Pivovarna Lasko, decided to reduce the firm's share capital to cover losses from 2008 on Friday. They subsequently gave a green light to a capital injection with the conversion of claims from investment firm of Center nalozbe, its main owner.
