Court Asked to Halt Capital Increase at Infond Holding
Ljubljana, 26 May - The Slovenian Association of Small Shareholders has asked the Maribor District Court to issue a temporary injunction against the capital increase at Infond Holding, the financial firm controlling beverage group Pivovarna Lasko, to prevent it from squeezing out minor shareholders.
