Infond Holding Loan Due, Its Rights in Mercator Suspended

Ljubljana, 3 June - The Competition Protection Office has banned Infond Holding, the financial firm which controls the beverage, retail and media empire Pivovarna Lasko, from exercising its rights in retailer Mercator. In another blow for the firm, the state-owned NLB bank failed to extend it a 130m loan, which falls due on Wednesday.
