Minor Shareholders Challenge Capital Injection at Maksima Holding

Ljubljana, 12 June - The Slovenian Association of Small Shareholders has brought a challenging action against the decision of the shareholders' meeting of financial firm Maksima Holding for EUR 15m capital injection which is designed to make the company which holds over a quarter of conglomerate Istrabenz solvent again.
