NLB to Sell Stakes in Mercator and Pivovarna Lasko at Auction

Ljubljana, 18 June - Slovenia's top bank, NLB, is to announced on Friday an auction for a 20% stake in beverage group Pivovarna Lasko and a 12.5% stake in retailer Mercator, which it seized as collateral for an EUR 130m loan the bank gave to financial firm Infond Holding, STA learnt from well informed sources.
