Court Launches Receivership at Istrabenz

Koper, 9 July - The Koper District Court on Wednesday issued a decision on debt restructuring at the insolvent conglomerate Istrabenz and appointed an administrator. Istrabenz's creditors have until 10 August to report their claims, after which the nine-member committee of creditors will meet.
