Ljubljana, 22 July - Daily Delo says on Wednesday that the European Commission proposing Schengen visa liberalisation only for Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia from 2010, and not also not for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo, is a bureaucratic and political fiasco.
