Delo Ponders Russia's Relations with EU and Slovenia

Ljubljana, 27 July - Annual ceremonies commemorating the deaths of Russian prisoners of war who died while building the Vrsic mountain pass have added value to the relations between Slovenia and Russia, opening doors the politics never would, daily Delo says on Monday.
