Delo Says Govt Should Start Following Its CO2 Commitments

Ljubljana, 4 August - Commenting on Slovenia's failure to meet Kyoto obligations by exceeding the target by 1m kilotonnes of emissions, daily Delo says on Tuesday that Slovenia's hopes that forests as carbon sinks would absorb enough of CO2 to avoid emission penalties have finally been dashed.
