Lasko to Sue Owner Infond Holding
Laško, 13 August - Beverage group Pivovarna Lasko is to launch legal proceedings against financial firm Infond Holding, which has a controlling stake in Lasko, for failing to timely settle its liabilities to Lasko amounting to EUR 110m, Lasko CEO Dusan Zorko told STA on Thursday. Infond Holding announced last week it was insolvent.
