Minority Sends Memorandum to Pahor and Berlusconi
Trieste, 17 September - The heads of both umbrella organisations of the Slovenian minority in Italy sent on Thursday a special memorandum to the prime ministers of Slovenia and Italy, Borut Pahor and Silvio Berlusconi, a move which comes a day before Pahor's visit to Rome.
