Court Prevents Kolonel from Getting Mercator Dividend

Maribor, 18 September - The Maribor District Court has banned retailer Mercator from paying out EUR 4.2m in dividends to Kolonel, a company owned by the beleaguered former boss of Lasko empire Bosko Srot. Mercator told the STA on Friday it would respect the decision.
