Justice Minister Promotes Out-Of-Court Settling of Disputes

Bled, 21 September - In order to do away with court backlogs, alternative ways of resolving disputes should be used more often, while seeking justice at courts should be the last resort, Justice Minister Ales Zalar said on Monday at the opening of a two-day debate on the protection of the right to trial within a reasonable time in Bled.
