Govt and Public Sector Unions Nearing Positions

Ljubljana, 13 October - Public sector trade unions and the government failed to make a breakthrough at the latest round of talks on caps on pay rises on Monday, but they did make some progress. One of the sticking points the sides will try to overcome next Monday is how to address faults in the pay system.
