Cerani Promises Infond Holding EUR 200M in US Capital

Maribor, 15 October - Italian businessman Pierpaolo Cerani announced on Thursday a US fund would provide EUR 200m in fresh capital to Infond Holding, the financial firm that had controlled the beverage and media empire built around Pivovarna Lasko and a quarter of retailer Mercator until its creditors seized most of the stakes in exchange for unpaid loans.
