Delo: Culture Capital Project Has No Organisational Team, Vision

Ljubljana, 19 October - Daily Delo points on Monday to the alarming situation regarding the 2012 European Capital of Culture project, which will be carried out by Slovenia's second largest city, Maribor. Delo says that less than two years before the launch, the city has not yet appointed an organisational team nor finalised the programme.
