Report: Hardware Retailer Merkur Under Investigation
Ljubljana, 21 October - Public broadcaster TV Slovenija reported on Wednesday that criminal police have been searching the headquarters of hardware retailer Merkur as part of an investigation into the company's operations on suspicion of white collar crime. Unofficially, the police is investigating a EUR 40m loan given to Merkur by NLB at the end of 2008.
