Prevent Global Owner Refuses to Sell His Share to Ex-CEO

Slovenj Gradec, 30 October - Janko Zakersnik, the majority owner of Prevent Global, the group whose main line of business is car seat covers, on Friday rejected the offer by the company's former CEO Joze Kozmus to buy off Zakersnik's 52% share for EUR 5.2m, but Kozmus stays determined he would help the company struggling with liquidity problems.
