Pahor: President Makes Own Decisions

Ljubljana, 14 December - Prime Minister Borut Pahor commented for the first time on Monday on the contentious presidential decoration awarded to a former head of the communist secret police, saying President Danilo Tuerk should be allowed to take such decisions according to his conscience.
