Kos Says Decision to Choose Patria Wasn't Taken at MoD, Delo Reports

Ljubljana, 21 December - The decision to award the 2006 defence deal to Finnish company Patria rather than its Slovenian rival bidder was not made at the Defence Ministry, daily Delo on Monday quotes anti-graft commission boss Drago Kos as it continues to run excerpts from his testimony to Finnish police about bribery allegations in the deal.
