State-Run KAD Fund after Banks' Stake in Mercator

Ljubljana, 22 December - Eight banks that own a combined 36% stake in retailer Mercator have reportedly invited prospective investors to make bids for the stake. An interest in buying the shares was announced on Tuesday by the state-run Pension Fund Management (KAD).
