Infond Holding Files Lawsuits Against Creditor Banks
Maribor, 3 November - Financial firm Infond Holding announced on Tuesday it had filed lawsuits against seven banks the holding believes have illegitimately sold off its shares to cover unpaid loans. Infond demands that the banks return the shares and is also considering a compensation claim.
