New Ljubljana Archbishop Elected Head of Bishops' Conference

Ljubljana, 11 January - The new Archbishop of Ljubljana Anton Stres, who will officially succeed the retiring Archbishop Alojz Uran on 24 January, was on Monday chosen the head of the Slovenian Bishops' Conference. He will lead the top Catholic Church body in Slovenia for five years.
