Slovenia Submits Two Bids for UNESCO Heritage List

Paris, 26 January - Slovenia submitted in Paris on Tuesday the documents for two group bids for the UNESCO World Heritage list. The country is participating in transnational nominations for the listing of the Idrija mercury mine and prehistoric pile-dwelling sites in Ig near Ljubljana.
