Legal Expert Suggests Motion Against Tuerk Unwarranted

Ljubljana, 28 January - Rajko Pirnat, the dean of the Ljubljana Faculty of Law, commented on Thursday on the impeachment motion filed by two opposition parties against President Danilo Tuerk, stressing that what he sees as Tuerk's political judgment of a specific act cannot constitute a breach of Constitution.
