Health Purse Head Urges Change

Ljubljana, 9 February - Samo Fakin, head of Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS), which manages Slovenia's health purse, has told STA that health care is in a crisis, since it is being financed by contributions from workers and employers. Changes are urgent, even though not everyone involved in the health care system has understood this, he added.
