Jurist Unsure of Consequences of Ruling on LB Savers

Ljubljana, 11 February - Former constitutional Judge Lojze Ude commented for Thursday's issue of daily Delo the decision of the Constitutional Court to allow Croatian savers of the defunct Slovenian LB bank to file suits to reclaim their deposits at Slovenian courts. He believes it is hard to predict what the ruling will mean in practice.
