Italian PM Returns Cut Funds to Slovenian Minority

Ljubljana, 24 February - Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has issued a special decree restoring the Slovenian minority's EUR 1m that were cut by the 2010 budget, the office of Prime Minister Borut Pahor said in a press release on Wednesday.
