Potocnik Calls for Bilateral Solution on Gas Terminals

Brussels, 8 March - European Environment Commissioner Janez Potocnik, who comes from Slovenia, on Monday met Italian Environment Minister Stefania Prestigiacomo. Talks included Italy's planned construction of gas terminals in the Gulf of Trieste, which Slovenia opposes for environmental reasons. Potocnik called for a bilateral solution.
