Rupel Claims Slovenia Hasn't Broken with Communist Past

Ljubljana, 11 March - Former Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel published on Tuesday his view of the situation in Slovenia, saying that "dark clouds have blackened the sky of the country that likes to present itself as being on the sunny side of the Alps". He believes that Slovenia has not been able to break with its Communist past.
